Mystere Astre LLC offers worldwide shipping where delivery is available and legally permitted. Options and rates appear at checkout before payment. Qualifying orders receive free standard shipping worldwide. Your delivery destination determines available options; changing the language or currency does not change the delivery address. Check your address, shipping charge, and payment currency before ordering, especially after changing your country or region.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times appear at checkout for your destination and shipping option. Review them before paying. Customs, weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery, but your rights and any legal deadlines still apply. Supply partners may fulfill orders from locations other than our business address, while Mystere Astre LLC remains responsible for your purchase and support. Contact us if your order misses the expected delivery period.

Import Charges

You are responsible only for import duties and taxes legally payable by you. These are separate from shipping charges and may apply even when shipping is free. Amounts we collect appear at checkout before payment. Customs or the carrier may request other applicable import charges before delivery. Your delivery destination determines customs rules. This does not transfer any tax or duty legally owed by us to you.

Tracking and Delays

We will email tracking details when your order ships. For help, use our Contact page and include your order number. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will notify you and provide the required choice to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a prompt refund. We will obtain consent to further delays where required. This does not limit other cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Delivery Help

For missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed deliveries, use our Contact page with your order number and details of the problem. We will investigate and arrange the resolution required by law.
